This policy explains the standards that apply when you shop with us.
Acceptance and Eligibility
By using this storefront or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated by reference. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account, billing, and delivery information.
Products, Prices, and Orders
We work to present product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurately, but minor display differences can occur. We may correct an error, set reasonable purchase limits, reject fraudulent or unlawful activity, or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Payment, Shipping, and Returns
Payment is due when an order is submitted and is subject to authorization. Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Prohibited Uses
- Violating law, the rights of another person, or these terms.
- Introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a manner that burdens the service, or interfering with security.
- Using false information, committing fraud, or reselling access to the storefront without permission.
Content and Third-Party Services
Storefront text, graphics, layout, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms and privacy practices; their inclusion does not make us responsible for independent third-party conduct.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the storefront is provided on an as-available basis, and implied warranties are disclaimed except where they cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the storefront. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Responsibility for Misuse
You agree to be responsible for losses and claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the storefront or material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Rules and Changes
These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the non-waivable consumer protections of the place where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may revise these terms prospectively, and the effective date identifies the current version.
